In 1995 I retired from a career in sales for the home building and remodeling industry. In July of 1996 I formed my own hard surface floor installation company and my business has increased steadily year after year. I have over 40 years combined experience in the home building & remodeling industry.
I handle each installation myself. Your home is my home when hired. Shortcuts are not considered. If I come across an unseen problem I stop work , contact the client, talk over what I think ought to be done, and make needed corrections before moving on.
I abide by the rule books and manuals on proper manufacturer installation techniques and their procedures. I'll take on jobs that many companies will not because of the difficulty factor.
A professional does the right thing every time. Especially when nobody is around to see it. My work area is always kept safe and clean. I realize that working inside an occupied home is a major inconvenience for homeowners to endure. I perform all the sanding and finishing on my hardwood steps and stair railing jobs. Stair work requires considerable knowledge and skill. When completed I want the appearance that your hardwood stairs have been there from the beginning.
